UP Bricks is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of bricks and construction materials. All products are manufactured using industry-accepted processes and supplied as per standard construction practices.
Due to the nature of construction materials, slight variations in color, texture, size, shape, and appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.

The customer is responsible for ensuring proper site access and unloading arrangements.
Any delay caused due to site inaccessibility or customer-side issues shall not be the responsibility of UP Bricks.
Due to the nature of construction materials:
No returns, replacements, or exchanges are accepted once materials are delivered.
Breakage during loading, unloading, or transportation is considered normal industry practice.
Customers are advised to order additional quantity (5%–10%) to cover standard wastage.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once material is loaded or dispatched, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
Any cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of UP Bricks.
The customer agrees to:
Verify product type, size, and quantity before ordering
Ensure site readiness for delivery and unloading
Use materials as per standard construction practices
UP Bricks shall not be liable for losses arising from incorrect ordering or misuse of materials.
