At UP Bricks, we supply construction materials such as clay bricks and related products. Due to the nature of heavy building materials, please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
Due to the nature of construction materials, UP Bricks does not accept returns once the order has been delivered to the customer’s site.
Returns are not supported after successful delivery and unloading.
Bricks are manufactured from natural clay and may vary in:
Color
Texture
Surface finish
Minor edge variations
Such natural variations are standard in the construction industry and are not considered defects.
Minor breakage may occur during loading, transportation, or unloading. This is considered normal in the construction industry.
Customers are advised to order 5%–10% extra quantity to compensate for standard construction wastage.
No return, replacement, or refund will be provided for minor breakage.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation from our team.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email and must be confirmed by UP Bricks.
Once the vehicle has been loaded or dispatched from our site, cancellation is not allowed and full payment will be applicable.
Refunds are applicable only in the following case:
The order is cancelled before dispatch
Cancellation is confirmed in writing by UP Bricks
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
No refunds will be issued after delivery.
Customers must:
Provide correct delivery address
Ensure proper site access for truck entry
Arrange unloading space and labor
UP Bricks is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address, route restrictions, or site inaccessibility.
Materials are loaded using standard industry measurements. Minor variations in quantity during transportation are considered normal in bulk construction supply.
No return, replacement, or refund will be provided for minor quantity variations.

UP Bricks is not responsible for incorrect ordering or miscalculations by the customer.
UP Bricks reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute related to delivery, cancellation, quality concerns, or refunds.
